UK Commitment definition

UK Commitment means, for each UK Lender, the obligation of such Lender to make UK Fixed Rate Loans, to make UK Overdraft Advances, and to participate in UK LC Obligations in an aggregate amount not exceeding the amount set forth in the Commitment Schedule or as set forth in any Assignment Agreement that has become effective pursuant to Section 12.3(a), as such amount may be modified from time to time pursuant to the terms hereof.
UK Commitment. With respect to each U.K. Bank, the amount set forth on Schedule 1 hereto (or in such other document pursuant to which such U.K. Bank becomes a party hereto), as such Schedule may be updated from time to time in accordance with §2.1.5, §2.3(f), §2.4 and §21 hereof, as the amount of such U.K. Bank’s commitment to make U.K. Loans to the U.K. Borrowers and to purchase participations in U.K. Swing Line Loans, as the same may be reduced from time to time; or if such commitment is terminated pursuant to the provisions hereof, zero.
UK Commitment means the aggregate commitments of the UK Banks under the UK Facility.

UK Commitment means, as to the UK Swing Line Lender, its obligation to (a) make UK Swing Line Loans pursuant to Section 2.04(b), (b) make Committed Loans and purchase participations in Committed Loans pursuant to Section 2.01, and (c) issue Letters of Credit for the account of the Designated UK Borrowers and purchase risk participations in Letters of Credit pursuant to Section 2.03(b), in an aggregate principal amount at any one time outstanding, in the case of Loans and participations in Loans, and aggregate amount of L/C Obligations then outstanding in the case of Letters of Credit and risk participations in Letters of Credit, not to exceed, in the aggregate, the UK Sublimit.
