Group Commitment definition

Group Commitment means with respect to any Purchaser Group the aggregate of the Commitments of each Purchaser within such Purchaser Group.
Group Commitment means, with respect to any Group, at any time of determination, the aggregate Commitments of all Committed Lenders within such Group.
Group Commitment means, with respect to any Purchaser Group, the amount set forth as the related Committed Purchaser’s “Commitment” in this Agreement or the Assumption Agreement, Transfer Supplement or other agreement pursuant to which the members of such Purchaser Group became a party hereto, as such amount may be modified in connection with any subsequent assignment pursuant to Section 6.1(b) or in connection with a change in the Purchase Limit pursuant to Section 1.1(c).

Examples of Group Commitment in a sentence

  • Such reduction shall at the option of the Seller be applied either (i) ratably to reduce the Group Commitment of each Purchaser Group or (ii) to terminate the Group Commitment of any one Purchaser Group.

  • Such reduction shall, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the Seller, the Administrator and each Purchaser Agent be applied ratably to reduce the Group Commitment of each Purchaser Group.

  • In connection with each such reduction of the Purchase Limit, the Commitment of each Committed Purchaser and the Group Commitment of each Purchaser Group shall automatically be ratably reduced by a proportionate amount.

  • Each Applicable Lender shall timely honor its Borrower Group Commitment by funding its Pro Rata share of each Borrowing of Loans under such Borrower Group Commitment that is properly requested hereunder.

  • Each Purchaser Agent and the Administrator shall in all cases be fully justified in failing or refusing to take any action under any Transaction Document unless it shall first receive such advice or concurrence of the Majority Purchaser Agents (or in the case of any Purchaser Agent, the Purchasers within its Purchaser Group that have a majority of the Group Commitment of such Purchaser Group), and assurance of its indemnification, as it deems appropriate.


More Definitions of Group Commitment

Group Commitment means, with respect to any Purchaser Group at any time, the aggregate Commitments of all Related Committed Purchasers within such Purchaser Group.
