UK Originator definition

UK Originator means any of (i) Tioxide Europe Limited, (ii) Huntsman Surface Sciences UK Ltd. and (iii) after the Initial Borrowing Date, any Approved Originator which originates Receivables to Obligors located in the United Kingdom.
UK Originator means Foodservice UK and any other Originator incorporated or organized as a company under the laws of England.
UK Originator means Makhteshim-Agan (UK) Limited, a limited company incorporated under the laws of England and Wales.

Examples of UK Originator in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in any of the Transaction Documents, no UK Originator Daily report shall be produced except in accordance with Section 2.1 of the UK Receivables Purchase Agreement and in accordance with this Section 4.01.

UK Originator means any Person organized in the United Kingdom (or any political subdivision thereof) from time to time a party to the UK Sale Agreement as an “Originator” thereunder.

UK Originator. Each of UK Originator VE and UK Originator VCG, and any other Person that is directly or indirectly wholly-owned by the Parent and that has been approved by the Agent as an additional originator of UK Receivables and has joined the UK PSA as an additional seller thereunder.
