UK Protective Advance definition

UK Protective Advance has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.04(c).
UK Protective Advance means a Protective Advance made to or for the account of the UK Borrower.
UK Protective Advance has the meaning specified therefor in Section 2.3(d)(ii).

  • ABR Revolving Facility Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of ABR Revolving Loans.

  • Swingline Loan means a Loan made pursuant to Section 2.04.

  • Tranche A Loans means the Loans made pursuant to the Tranche A Commitment.
