UK Revolving Notes definition

UK Revolving Notes. See §2.4.
UK Revolving Notes means (i) the promissory notes of ▇▇▇▇ UK issued pursuant to subsection 2.1F(iii) on the Closing Date and (ii) any promissory notes issued by ▇▇▇▇ UK pursuant to the last sentence of subsection 10.1B(i) in connection with assignments of US/UK Revolving Loan Commitments and US/UK Revolving Loans of any Lender, in each case substantially in the form of EXHIBIT V annexed hereto, as they may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
UK Revolving Notes is defined in Section 2.2 of this Agreement.

Examples of UK Revolving Notes in a sentence

  • Each designation of an Interest Option with respect to the U.K. Revolving Notes shall apply to all of the U.K. Revolving Notes ratably in accordance with their respective outstanding principal balances.

  • All payments of principal and any other amounts due hereunder or under any of the other Loan Documents in respect to the UK Revolving Notes shall be made to the UK Agent, for the respective accounts of the UK Lenders and the UK Agent, at the UK Agent’s Office, in each case in immediately available funds.

  • Each designation of an Interest Option with respect to all or any designated portion of the outstanding principal balance of the U.K. Revolving Notes shall apply to all of the U.K. Revolving Notes ratably in accordance with their respective outstanding principal balances.
