ULSD Supply Infrastructure definition

ULSD Supply Infrastructure means the ULSD Bulk Storage, and the ULSD supply pipeline between the ULSD Bulk Storage and the Site with all its associated systems, equipment, and accessories to be constructed by the Project Company and transferred to GPA on the Phase 1 Commercial Operation Date.
ULSD Supply Infrastructure means the ULSD Bulk Storage, and the ULSD supply pipeline between the ULSD Bulk Storage and the Site with all its associated systems, equipment, and accessories as described in Schedule 1 to be constructed by the Project Company and transferred to GPA on the Commercial Operation Date.
