Ultra Indemnitees definition

Ultra Indemnitees means each member of the Ultra Group and each of their respective Affiliates from and after the Effective Time and each member of the Ultra Group’s and such respective Affiliates’ respective directors, officers, employees and agents and each of the heirs, executors, successors and assigns of any of the foregoing.
