Unacceptable Conduct definition

Unacceptable Conduct means any of:
Unacceptable Conduct means a failure by DuPont, that arises to the level of gross negligence or willful misconduct, with respect to DuPont's (which the parties hereto agree does not include members of the DTI Business' management's or PWC's) actions in performing its obligations under Section 5.
Unacceptable Conduct means Violent Conduct and/or Disorderly Conduct as the context so requires; "Vice-President" means the Vice-President of the Scottish FA elected in terms of Articles 56 and 57; "Violent Conduct" means conduct where there is (i) actual, attempted or threatened physical violence against a person or persons; or (ii) intentional damage to property; and "working day" means a day (other than a Saturday or Sunday) on which banks are open for normal banking business in Scotland.

  • Misconduct/Unsatisfactory or Unacceptable Conduct Improper behaviour, including non-compliance with any instruction, direction or procedure (written, pictorial or verbal).

  • We are committed to: • treating all people with dignity and respect; • providing our staff, customers and visitors with an environment free from any form of Unacceptable Conduct; and • taking appropriate action against any staff member who breaches this policy.

  • We also recognise the right of people who deal with us during the course of our work not to be subjected to Unacceptable Conduct.

  • When a suspension, Notice of Unacceptable Conduct explicitly given in lieu of suspension, involuntary demotion or dismissal is proposed, a regular employee will be notified of the charge, and before the action is effective, the employee will be given the disciplinary letter and, upon request and as permitted by law, documentation regarding the action to be taken.

  • If we consider you have participated in any Unacceptable Conduct, we reserve the right to refuse to execute a Payment Instruction in accordance with clause 9.17.

  • A regular employee will be given at least ten (10) calendar days notice prior to the effective date of a suspension, Notice of Unacceptable Conduct explicitly given in lieu of suspension, involuntary demotion or dismissal.

  • This Agreement is also subject to the Club’s Social Mission Statement and Unacceptable Conduct Rules copies of which are available on request and at ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇.

  • If we consider you have participated in any Unacceptable Conduct, we may end this agreement by giving you 20 days’ notice in writing.

  • Unacceptable Conduct: Excessive rowdiness, fighting, damaging property, foul language, and any illegal act(s) including stealing, shoplifting, and not following chaperone rules.

  • If a staff member needs to ask any questions about Unacceptable Conduct they may contact their Manager or the Franchise Owner.


More Definitions of Unacceptable Conduct

Unacceptable Conduct means any Wilful Default, Wilful Misconduct, fraudulent or unlawful act or omission of, or failure to comply with applicable Law by, the Supplier or its Personnel. Wilful Default means fraud, fraudulent concealment, dishonesty, or any illegal or malicious act or omission in relation to the Contract or SOA by the Supplier or its Personnel.
Unacceptable Conduct means abusing another student physically, sexually, or psychologically—orally, in writing, or otherwise—or bullying another student. This behaviour may also occur while students are on their way to and from school.
Unacceptable Conduct shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.4(b).
Unacceptable Conduct has the meaning given in the Competition Rules; Under followed by a number see Rules N20 & N21; and VAT means value added tax or any replacement, substitute or equivalent such tax. Alterations to Rules N2 Any supplement, amendment, deletion or addition shall be made in or to the Rules in accordance with the Articles.
