Unallocated ESOP Shares definition

Unallocated ESOP Shares means the total number of shares of First Texas Common Stock held in the ESOP that are not allocated to participant accounts as of the Effective Time.
Unallocated ESOP Shares means shares of Common Stock of the Company which are held by the ESOP but have not yet been allocated to participants' accounts.
