Unauthorized Product definition

Unauthorized Product means any Product that Participant purchases or acquires, either directly or indirectly, from any party other than Elo and/or an Authorized Source, or sells to any party other than an End User. Unauthorized Products do not include Non-Genuine Products.
Unauthorized Product means any service or product not offered for sale by and through Dvinci that is provided by or on behalf of Installation Partner to any Customer.
Unauthorized Product means a product that has been created through data falsification, the use of unauthorized tools, or any other improper means, and a product that is prohibited from being transferred to a third party under the terms of use specified by the issuer or dealer of the product that handles the product.

More Definitions of Unauthorized Product

Unauthorized Product means a product sold by 3F that would be a Licensed Product under this Agreement if such product was used in the Surgical Field of Use or Venous Field of Use, as applicable, but which is actually used, with or without the direct involvement or prior knowledge of 3F, outside such applicable Field of Use.
