Unbecoming conduct definition
Unbecoming conduct means behavior more serious than slight, and of a material and pronounced character. It means conduct morally unfitting and unworthy, rather than merely inappropriate or unsuitable, misbehavior which is more than opposed to good taste or propriety.
Examples of Unbecoming conduct in a sentence
Unbecoming conduct shall include disorderly conduct and activities that conflict with, or have the potential to conflict with, Office duties; tend to bring the Office into disrepute; reflect discredit upon employees as members of the Office; or tend to impair the operation and efficiency of the Office or any of its employees.
