Uncashed Settlement Checks definition

Uncashed Settlement Checks means any checks sent to Settlement Class Members that remain uncashed after a period of one hundred and eighty (180) days from the date of the first distribution of checks to Settlement Class Members. Capitalized terms used in this Settlement Agreement but not defined above shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the provisions herein, including the attached Exhibits.
Uncashed Settlement Checks means any checks sent to Settlement Class Members that remain uncashed after a period of one hundred and eighty (180) days from the date of distribution of the checks to Settlement Class Members.
Uncashed Settlement Checks means any checks sent to Settlement Class Members that remain uncashed after a period of one hundred and eighty (180) days from the date of issuance.

Examples of Uncashed Settlement Checks in a sentence

  • The Settlement Administrator will continue to redistribute funds from Uncashed Settlement Checks until the amount of the redistribution due to each Settlement Class Member falls below Five Dollars ($5.00).

  • The Settlement Administrator will continue to redistribute funds from Uncashed Settlement Checks until (i) the amount of the redistribution for a Per Merchant Overdraft Fee due to each Settlement Class Member falls below One Dollar ($1.00), net of the costs of redistribution; or (ii) such a redistribution process is otherwise infeasible.

Related to Uncashed Settlement Checks

  • CCASS Settlement Day means the term “Settlement Day” as defined in the General Rules of CCASS.

  • Gross Settlement Fund means the Settlement Amount plus all interest earned thereon.

  • Structured settlement payment rights means rights to receive periodic payments under a structured settlement, whether from the structured settlement obligor or the annuity issuer, where:

  • Monthly Settlement Date means the 25th day of each calendar month (or if such day is not a Business Day, the next occurring Business Day).
