Undelivered Goods definition

Undelivered Goods shall have the meaning given in Clause 8.4;

Undelivered Goods means goods intended for delivery to a consignee in Singapore which remains undelivered at the time the manifest is due for submission under regulation 12.

Undelivered Goods means that part of the goods or non-standard goods of which the Buyer has not, by the final delivery date, taken or accepted delivery.

  • Household goods means personal effects and property used or to be used in a dwelling when a part of the equipment or supply of that dwelling.
