Undercover School Operation definition

Undercover School Operation means a planned operation undertaken by a law enforcement agency wherein a law enforcement officer(s) is placed in a school community and poses as a member of the school community for the purpose of identifying and eventually apprehending persons engaged in the illegal distribution of controlled dangerous substances, alcoholic beverages or the unlawful use, possession or distribution of firearms or dangerous weapons. The procedures for planning and approving an undercover school operation are set forth in Article 6.3. of this Agreement.

Related to Undercover School Operation

  • Initial Operation means the first integral operation of the complete equipment covered under the Contract with the sub-system and supporting equipment in service or available for service.
