Such policy or policies shall include the Town as an additional insured and a certified copy of such insurance shall be delivered to the Town and be in full force and effect until a Certificate of Completion and Acceptance of Aboveground Works or a Certificate of Completion and Acceptance of Underground Works has been issued by the Town Engineer for all Services required pursuant to this Agreement and a Certificate of Maintenance and Final Acceptance has been issued by the Town in respect of such Services.
