Underlying Certificateholder definition

Underlying Certificateholder. The registered owner of the Underlying Certificates.
Underlying Certificateholder. The registered holder of any Underlying Certificate, which following the execution and delivery of this Agreement by the parties hereto, shall be the Trustee for the benefit of the Certificateholders.
Underlying Certificateholder. The Trustee or its Depository Participant for the benefit of the Certificateholders.

  • Class D Certificateholder Has the meaning specified in Section 4.01(b)(iv) of this Trust Supplement.

  • Lead Securitization Directing Certificateholder means the “Directing Certificateholder” as defined in the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

  • Investor Certificateholder means the holder of record of an Investor Certificate.
