Underlying Portfolio definition

Underlying Portfolio means the portfolio of Collateral Obligations (including Unsettled Sale Assets) or Unsettled Purchase Assets, as applicable, owned by the Borrower Entities or Committed to be owned by the Borrower Entities from time to time.
Underlying Portfolio means the aggregate of the Underlying Securities which correspond to an Instalment Receipt held by a Holder in his or her Facility.
Underlying Portfolio means the mix of Fixed Income Securities and Crypto Options recommended by the Fig Platform based on the investment parameters specified by a Noteholder, which is generally comprised of traditional Fixed Income Securities and Crypto Options which seek to provide the Noteholder with their desired investment exposure to BTC or ETH. A Noteholder does not have any direct or indirect ownership interest in, or entitlement to, the Underlying Portfolio for their Note.

Underlying Portfolio means a portfolio which comprises both senior secured European loans (“CRE Loans”) and senior, second lien and mezzanine loans typically used to fund leveraged buyout transactions (“Leveraged Loans”) that comply with the investment parameters set out in Section I of the Listing Memorandum (each as defined below and together, the "Reference Loans") and any other assets permitted in accordance with the Investment Guidelines described in Section I of the Listing Memorandum. The weighted average life of the Underlying Portfolio is 3 years and 8 months from June 2015.

Underlying Portfolio means a management “investment company” (as defined in Section 3(a)(1) of the 1940 Act or series of an investment company (as so defined)) that is registered under the 1940 Act whether in the same “group of investment companies” (as defined in Section 12(d)(1)(G)(ii) of the 1000 Xxx) or otherwise (including investment pursuant to Section 12(d)(1)(F) of the 1940 Act), the shares of which are held by the Fund or by a Portfolio of the Fund.

  • Underlying Note means the one or more promissory notes executed by an obligor evidencing a Loan.

  • Mortgage Loan Schedule shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals.

  • Proposed Portfolio The portfolio of Collateral Obligations and Eligible Investments resulting from the proposed purchase, sale, maturity or other disposition of a Collateral Obligation or a proposed reinvestment in an additional Collateral Obligation, as the case may be.
