Underproduced Party definition

Underproduced Party means any Party having taken a lesser quantity of Gas from the Balancing Area than the Percentage Interest of such Party in the cumulative quantity of all Gas produced from the Balancing Area.
Underproduced Party means a party to a gas balancing arrangement who, as a result of its inability or unwillingness to market or otherwise dispose of a portion of its share of production and another party's producing such share of production, is in a position of net underproduction with respect to such other party or parties to such gas balancing arrangement.
Underproduced Party means a Balancing Party credited with Cumulative Underproduction.

  • Any Makeup Gas taken by the Underproduced Party prior to monetary settlement hereunder will be applied to offset Overproduction chronologically in the order of accrual.

  • Material Gas Imbalance means, with respect to all Gas Balancing Agreements to which the Borrower or any other Credit Party is a party or by which any Oil and Gas Property owned by the Borrower or another Credit Party is bound, a net overproduced gas imbalance to the Borrower and the other Credit Parties, taken as a whole, in excess of 110,000 Mcf.

  • Imbalance means the difference between Deliveries to KUB for a Customer and Redeliveries by KUB to the Customer.
