Underwriting Services means, with respect to the Covered Products and New Insurance Products, processing and accepting applications and proposals for insurance, underwriting (including determination of appropriate rates), policy issuance, policy printing, processing of unscheduled policy changes, policy cancellations, routing of applications and other papers required in the underwriting process, routing of issued policies for delivery to policyholders, and all other related services.
