Unfinished Inventory definition

Unfinished Inventory means all raw materials, work-in-progress, parts, supplies, returned materials, packaging materials and other unfinished goods inventories owned by Seller or its Subsidiaries and used or held for use exclusively in the Business.
Unfinished Inventory has the meaning set forth in the Asset Purchase Agreement.

Examples of Unfinished Inventory in a sentence

  • Buyer will issue a purchase order to Seller for the Unfinished Inventory to which Seller holds title and which Buyer is obligated to or elects to purchase in accordance with Section 10.1.
