  • Unforeseen Allowance is a sum set aside for unforeseen conditions that differ from representations in the Contract Documents or Due Diligence Documents or meet the requirements under Article 13.15.5 and 18.

  • The costs of the Extra Work/Modifications, as established pursuant to this Article, shall be deducted from the Construction Contingency as mutually agreed in writing or the Errors and Omissions Contingency or the Unforeseen Allowance as determined by the District, and shall not affect the GMP.
