Unfunded Advances definition

Unfunded Advances means the aggregate amount, if any (i) made available to the Borrower on the assumption that each Lender has made its portion of the applicable Borrowing available to the Administrative Agent as contemplated by Section 2.02(d) of the Credit Agreement and (ii) with respect to which a corresponding amount shall not in fact have been returned to the Administrative Agent by the Borrower or made available to the Administrative Agent by any such Lender.
Unfunded Advances means an advance requested under a Loan on or prior to the Closing Date pursuant to the terms and provisions of such Loan that Seller is not obligated to fund until after the Closing Date.
Unfunded Advances has the meaning set forth in Section 2.14(a).

More Definitions of Unfunded Advances

Unfunded Advances means, with respect to the Administrative Agent, the aggregate amount, if any (i) (A) made available to the Borrower on the assumption that each Lender has made available to the Administrative Agent such ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s share of the applicable Borrowing as contemplated by Section 2.02(b) and (B) made available to the Lenders on the assumption that the Borrower has made any payment as contemplated by Section 2.12(c) and (ii) with respect to which a corresponding amount has not in fact been returned or paid to the Administrative Agent by the Borrower or made available to the Administrative Agent by any such Lender.

Unfunded Advances shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.13(a).
