Unfunded Participations definition
Unfunded Participations means, with respect to an L/C Issuer, the aggregate amount, if any, of participations in respect of any outstanding L/C Borrowing that shall not have been funded by the Revolving Credit Lenders in accordance with Section 2.03(c).
Unfunded Participations means (a) with respect to the Swingline Lender, the aggregate amount, if any, of participations in respect of any outstanding Swingline Loan that shall not have been funded by the applicable Revolving Lenders in accordance with Section 2.22(e) of the Credit Agreement and (b) with respect to any Issuing Bank, the aggregate amount, if any, of participations in respect of any outstanding L/C Disbursement that shall not have been funded by the applicable Revolving Lenders in accordance with Sections 2.23(d) and 2.02(f) of the Credit Agreement.
