Examples of Unidentified Utilities in a sentence

  • In no event shall Developer be entitled to a Change Order for increased costs due to Utility Adjustments for Unidentified Utilities for which the Basic Costs are $50,000 or less, regardless of whether the aggregate cap is reached.
