Examples of Uniform Customs for Letters of Credit in a sentence

  • In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between such uniform customs and the governing law of this Agreement, the Uniform Customs for Letters of Credit or Uniform Customs for Letters of Guarantee, as applicable, shall, to the extent permitted by applicable law, prevail to the extent necessary to remove the conflict or inconsistency.
