Uniform Single Attestation. Program for Mortgage Bankers and has fulfilled all of its material obligations in all material respects throughout such year, or, if there has been material noncompliance with such servicing standards or a default in the fulfillment in all material respects of any such obligation relating to this Agreement, such statement shall include a description of such noncompliance or specify each such default, as the case may be, known to such officer and the nature and status thereof and (iii) to the best of such officers' knowledge, each Subservicer has complied in all material respects with the minimum servicing standards set forth in the Uniform Single Attestation Program for Mortgage Bankers and has fulfilled all of its material obligations under its Subservicing Agreement in all material respects throughout such year, or if there has been material noncompliance with such servicing standards or a material default in the fulfillment of such obligations relating to this Agreement, specifying such statement shall include a description of such noncompliance or specify each such default, as the case may be, known to such officer and the nature and status thereof.
