Uniform standards definition

Uniform standards means the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice, as authorized by the Appraisal Subcommittee pursuant to the Financial Institutions Reform, Recovery, and Enforcement Act of 1989, which are the standards rules that meet the minimum requirements adopted by the Appraisal Foundation, and which are incorporated by reference.
Uniform standards means all generally accepted practice guidelines, evidence-based practice guidelines, or practice guidelines developed by the federal government, or national and professional medical societies, boards and associations; and any applicable clinical review criteria, policies, practice guidelines, or protocols developed by the health care insurer consistent with the federal, national and professional practice guidelines that are used by a health care insurer in determining whether to certify or deny a requested health care service. Uniform standards means the current Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice approved by the director of commerce and consumer affairs pursuant to section 466K-4(a).
