Union Director definition

Union Director means individuals serving on the Board that have been designated by the Union in accordance with the procedures set forth in this Agreement.
Union Director means each member of the United Board serving as a director pursuant to the voting rights of (i) the holder of the Class Pilot MEC Preferred Stock or (ii) the holder of the Class IAM Preferred Stock.

  • A four-member board consisting of the Superintendent, the Union President, an administrative personnel designee, and the Union Director of Member Benefits shall manage the Bank, maintain its records, and discharge the provisions herein.

  • All withdrawals of moneys from such general account shall be made only by checks signed by such Directors as may be authorized in writing by the Directors to sign such checks, and no such checks shall be valid unless signed by at least two (2) Directors, one of whom shall be a Union Director and one an Employer Director.

To be provided, at no cost and upon written request of the Union Director or attorney, public documents and data that are regularly and routinely prepared in the normal course of the College’s business, which contain information relevant and necessary to the Union’s handling of grievances or to the Union’s collective bargaining of a successor to this Agreement.
