Union legislation definition

Union legislation means any enactment in the national legislation giving effect to rights, powers, liabilities, obligations and restrictions from time to time created or arising by or under the EU Treaties; and
Union legislation means any enactment in the domestic legislation of Northern Ireland giving effect to an EU obligation.
Union legislation. (“deddfwriaeth yr Undeb”) means any enactment which applies in relation to Wales giving effect to an EU obligation.
