Union Service definition

Union Service means Service during which time an Employee is represented by a Union.
Union Service means the aggregate of the following periods of Pensionable Service which are affiliated with a Union:

Examples of Union Service in a sentence

  • Preclusion from access to any Credit Union Service Centers Network or any other shared-branching network and revoking any shared branching privileges.

  • You engage in “abusive behavior,” or otherwise injure any person or damage any property while on Credit Union premises, at any Credit Union function, or while on the premises of any Credit Union Service Centers Network.

  • This form, “Voluntary Assignment and Authorization for Payment of Union Service Charge and Dues,” also to be known as a Service Charge and Dues Form, will be prepared and furnished by the Union.

  • The Credit Union, Service and/or Service Provider is not responsible for any payment processing errors or fees incurred if you did not provide accurate Payment Account or contact information.

  • The Employer shall notify the Union within ten (10) days of any Employee hired, rehired, reinstated, or transferred into the Bargaining Unit, and will furnish the Union, no later than the tenth (10th) of the month a listing of all Union Dues or Union Service fees deducted for the previous month showing the name, file number, pay code, and amount deducted from all members of the Bargaining Unit, including additions and deletions since the last listing with explanation of changes.

  • The Credit Union, Service and/or Service Provider has no obligation to research or resolve any claim resulting from an Exception Payment; all research and resolution for any mis-applied, mis-posted or mis-directed payments will be the sole responsibility of you and not of the Credit Union and/or Service Provider.

  • The Credit Union, Service and/or Service Provider will notify you promptly if it decides to refuse to pay a Payee designated by you.

  • The Credit Union, Service and/or Service Provider reserves the right to refuse to pay any Payee to whom you may direct a payment.

  • In no event shall the Credit Union, Service and/or Service Provider be liable for any claims or damages resulting from your scheduling or payment of Exception Payments.

  • This policy also extends to member conduct at any Credit Union Service Centers Network or any other shared-branching network.
