Unique Sites definition

Unique Sites means a category of VLDMC, a Shared Supply Meter Point and/or a DM Connected System Exit Point which, due to the nature and size of the Supply Meter Point is recorded and operated within the Service Provider's offline system (not the S&M Database); User means a person other than a Network Operator which is for the time being bound by the network code of a Network Operator prepared in accordance with Standard Special Condition [A11(3)] of that Network Operator's GT Licence; Year means the twelve (12) month period from the Commencement Date to the anniversary of the Commencement Date and each subsequent twelve (12) month period during the Term commencing on the anniversary of the Commencement Date.
