Uniroyal Indentures definition
Uniroyal Indentures means the Indentures pursuant to which the Uniroyal Corp. Senior Notes, Uniroyal Corp. Senior Subordinated Notes, Uniroyal Corp. Subordinated Discount Notes and Uniroyal Senior Notes were issued, in each case as amended, supplemented or otherwise modified or refinanced or refunded from time to time in accordance with its terms, to the extent permitted in accordance with the Loan Documents.
Uniroyal Indentures means the Indenture dated as of February 8, 1993 between Uniroyal Corp. and State Street Bank and Trust Company, as Trustee, pursuant to which the Uniroyal Corp. Senior Notes were issued, the Indenture dated as of February 8, 1▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇. ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Trust Company of New York, as Trustee, pursuant to which the Uniroyal Corp. Senior Subordinated Notes were issued, the Indenture dated as of February 8, 1993 between Uniroyal Corp. and Shawmut Bank Connecticut, National Association, as Trustee, pursuant to which the Uniroyal Corp. Subordinated Discount Notes were issued, and the Indenture dated as of September 1, 1993 between Uniroyal and State Street Bank and Trust Company, as Trustee, pursuant to which the Uniroyal Senior Notes were issued, in each case as amended, supplemented or otherwise modified or refinanced or refunded from time to time in accordance with its terms, to the extent permitted in accordance with the Loan Documents.
