Unissued Units definition
Unissued Units means the number of Units remaining from the total authorized Units and those Units which have been issued.
Examples of Unissued Units in a sentence
Un-issued Units may not be voted for any action and shall not be allocated any Distributable Cash, Profits, or Losses.
