Unit 6 definition

Unit 6 means the employment unit which encompasses all State of California rank-and-file (R06), supervisory (S06), confidential (C06), and managerial (M06) employees.
Unit 6 means the Cliffside Unit 6 described in the Recitals, and shall include the boiler, turbine and generator set and all associated auxiliary and environmental components (including the flue gas desulfurization system for Unit 6) necessary to generate and place power therefrom on the transmission grid in compliance with all applicable Laws.
Unit 6 means that part of the Estate shown for the purpose of identification only edged red on the plan annexed to the Unit 6 Lease.

  • Prior to accepting a claim, the agency has the option of filling the vacancy with a seniority unit employee (position-qualified for Unit 6) who has received notice of permanent layoff and has more state seniority than any claimer.

  • Bump the least senior employee in a lower class (or class option) in which the employee previously served (or another class option within that class for which the employee is determined to be qualified by the Employer) more than thirty-five (35) miles of the employee's current work location (employee must be position-qualified if Unit 6).

Unit 6 means the premises briefly described in Part 2 of the Schedule being the premises demised by and more particularly described in the Unit 6 Lease;
