Examples of Unit Assignment in a sentence

  • Without limiting Section 13.2, the Certificate of Organization, this Agreement, the Unit Assignment Policy, any statements of authority that are executed pursuant to Sections 4.1 or 10.3 and any exhibits and schedules to this Agreement constitute the entire agreement pertaining to the subject matters of this Agreement and supersede all negotiations, preliminary agreements and all prior or contemporaneous discussions and understandings in connection with the subject matters of this Agreement.
