Unit for sale means an individual package of marijuana product intended to be sold to a consumer, qualifying patient, or primary caregiver.

  • Seller, at Seller’s option, may continue to offer the Unit for sale, subject to the requirements contained in this section.

  • The Owner must list the Unit for sale through YVHA, or its designated listing affiliate, for a commission equal to 2% of the sales price, and upon such other reasonable and customary terms as YVHA may determine.

  • The Operator will market the Unit for sale on termination of this Agreement.

  • In the event said other property has not been sold by the Owner within one hundred twenty (120) days of its listing required hereunder, then the Owner shall immediately list his or her Restricted Unit for sale pursuant to this Restrictive Covenant.

  • If a Restricted Unit is occupied, Transferred or leased in violation of this Restrictive Covenant, the Town, its designee, or SCHA may, at its sole discretion, notify an Owner that it must immediately list the Restricted Unit for sale.

  • Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that such restriction specifically prohibits Purchaser from advertising such Unit for sale with a realtor or other real estate broker or salesperson until after the expiration of said nine (9) month period.

  • Therefore, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees that Purchaser will not advertise, list or market the Unit for sale, nor sell or otherwise transfer title to the Unit, before July 1, 2027.

  • For Sale or "For Rent" signs on the Leased Premises. Lessor and Lessor's representatives shall at all times while upon or about the Leased Premises observe and comply with Lessee's reasonable health and safety rules, regulations, policies and procedures.   • Sale as used in this paragraph shall have the meanings ascribed thereto by governing law and any interpretation thereof contained in rules or regulations promulgated by the Securities and Exchange Commission thereunder.
