Unit Hour definition

Unit Hour. Each hour of partial or complete Interruption of the operation of a Unit.

More Definitions of Unit Hour

Unit Hour means each one hour period during which a Generating Unit produces energy pursuant to an Energy Request, regardless of the level of dispatch of such energy. For the purposes of calculating Unit Hours, each continuous period of time during which a Generating Unit produces energy pursuant to an Energy Request, regardless of the level of dispatch of such energy, shall be rounded to the nearest tenth of an hour.

  • Generator Forced Outage means an immediate reduction in output or capacity or removal from service, in whole or in part, of a generating unit by reason of an Emergency or threatened Emergency, unanticipated failure, or other cause beyond the control of the owner or operator of the facility, as specified in the relevant portions of the PJM Manuals. A reduction in output or removal from service of a generating unit in response to changes in market conditions shall not constitute a Generator Forced Outage.

  • Yearly (1/Year) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done in the month of September, unless specifically identified otherwise in the effluent limitations and monitoring requirements table.

  • Partnership Unit Economic Balance means (i) the Capital Account balance of the General Partner plus the amount of the General Partner’s share of any Partner Minimum Gain or Partnership Minimum Gain, in each case to the extent attributable to the General Partner’s Partnership Units divided by (ii) the number of the General Partner’s Partnership Units.
