Unit Principal Balance definition

Unit Principal Balance. Except with respect to the "Voting" provision above, when the Unit Principal Balance is used with respect to the Class B Units, it shall be deemed to mean "Initial Notional Amortizing Balance".
Unit Principal Balance. With respect to a Unit that is Outstanding, as determined at any time, the maximum amount that the Holder thereof is entitled to receive as distributions allocable to principal payments on the Underlying Securities.

  • The aggregate principal amount of Underlying Securities initially held by the Trust divided by the Initial Unit Principal Balance of the Class A Units.
