Unit retail price definition

Unit retail price means the retail price of the contents of a package of any consumer commodity, expressed in terms of the retail price of such contents per single whole unit of weight, volume, measure or count, computed to the nearest 10th of a cent when less than $1 and to the nearest cent when $1 or more.
