Unit space means a specific area of land within a transportable factory-built housing unit park that is designed to accommodate one transportable factory-built housing unit for residential purposes.

  • All Exhibitor’s personal property of every kind of description which may at any time be in the Unit space or on the Exhibition premises shall be at Exhibitor’s sole risk, or at the risk of those claiming under Exhibitor, and EC shall not be liable for any damage to said property or loss suffered by the Exhibitor caused in any manner whatsoever, including theft.

  • The Unit space leased to Exhibitor must be returned in the same condition as delivered; loss or damage to those facilities will be the Exhibitor’s sole responsibility.

  • Landlord expressly reserves the right to show the Unit to prospective purchasers or lessees, and may display "For Rent" or "For Sale" SIGNS thereon if Unit space rental is 30 days past due according to AZ Law 33-1704 and Landlord has followed the lawful procedures and otherwise attempted twice to get lessee to pay amount due in full.

  • Picture / video should be updated annually, or whenever there is a significant change to Unit / Sub- Unit space or property.
