Unit Warrant definition

Unit Warrant means a warrant to purchase one share of Common Stock issued pursuant to the Warrant Agreement.
Unit Warrant means a Common Stock purchase warrant included as a component of a Unit.
Unit Warrant means either a Class A Warrant or a Class B Warrant.

Unit Warrant has the meaning ascribed thereto in the first paragraph of this Agreement;
