Unit Warrant definition

Unit Warrant means a warrant to purchase one share of Common Stock issued pursuant to the Warrant Agreement.
Unit Warrant means a Common Stock purchase warrant included as a component of a Unit.
Unit Warrant means either a Class A Warrant or a Class B Warrant.

Examples of Unit Warrant in a sentence

  • The Company may deem and treat the registered Holder of this Unit Warrant as the absolute owner hereof for the purpose of any exercise hereof or any distribution to the Holder, and for all other purposes, absent actual notice to the contrary.

  • At 6:30 p.m., New York City time on the Expiration Date, the portion of this Unit Warrant not exercised prior thereto shall be and become void and of no value.

Unit Warrant has the meaning ascribed thereto in the first paragraph of this Agreement;
