Common Warrant Shares definition

Common Warrant Shares means the shares of Common Stock issuable upon exercise of the Common Warrants.
Common Warrant Shares means the Common Shares issuable upon exercise of the Common Warrants.

Common Warrant Shares means, collectively, the Series A Warrant Shares and the Series B Warrant Shares.
