United Way. The District agrees to deduct from the salaries of its Employees contributions to the United Way of Allegheny County as said Employees individually and voluntarily authorize the District. • The Policy Board is a five-member board made up of two San Diego City Council members, two County Supervisors, and one Business Representative appointed by the United Way.

• Any funds remaining in the Trust after exhaustion of such remedies shall, upon notice to the Trustee, be distributed by the Trustee to the United Way of Central Indiana or its successor, and upon such distribution the Certificateholders' rights to any amounts so distributed will be extinguished.

• If Agency violates any term of this Agreement, as determined by the United Way in its reasonable discretion, United Way shall notify the Agency Executive Director and Board President in writing of the breach.

• Deductions for Association dues, life insurance, health insurance, credit union, United Way, and annuities shall be divided equally according to the number of paychecks.

United Way. The United Way is a national nonprofit organization that operates at the local level in a capacity similar to Community Foundations. A local chapter agrees to accept funds without tax liability and be responsible for granting donated funds to agencies that provide services directly to their clients, usually within a designated geographical area and can act as a Direct Service Provider per the terms of this MOU.
