Units of Property definition

Units of Property. As described in FERC's “List of Units of Property for Use in Connection with Uniform System of Accounts Prescribed for Public Utilities and Licensees” in effect as of the date of this LGIA, and as such list may be amended from time to time.
Units of Property means those items of utility plant which when retired, with or without replacement, are accounted for by crediting the book cost thereof to the utility plant account in which included.
Units of Property shall have the same meaning as “retirement units” as that term is used in the “Uniform System of Accounts Prescribed for Public Utilities and Licensees subject to the provisions of the Federal Power Act” (18 C.F.R. Part 101), in effect on the date hereof, as amended from time to time (including any successor term used in any such amendments).

Units of Property. As described in the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission’s (“FERC”) “List of Units of Property for Use in Connection with Uniform System of Accounts Prescribed for Public Utilities and Licensees” in effect as of the date of the Agreement, and as such “lList” may be amended from time to time.
Units of Property means those items of utility plant which, when retired, with or without
Units of Property. Property as described in the FERC's list of units of property for use in connection with the Uniform System of Accounts Prescribed for Public Utilities and Licensees Subject to the Provisions of the Federal Power Act, contained in 18 CFR Part 116, in effect on the effective date of this Agreement, as thereafter modified or amended.

Related to Units of Property

  • Permitted Assets means any and all properties or assets that are used or useful in a Permitted Business (including Capital Stock in a Person that is a Restricted Subsidiary and Capital Stock in a Person whose primary business is a Permitted Business that shall become a Restricted Subsidiary immediately upon the acquisition of such Capital Stock by the Issuer or by a Restricted Subsidiary, but excluding any other securities).

  • Restricted Property means (a) any property of the Company located within the United States of America that, in the opinion of the Company’s board of directors, is a principal manufacturing property or (b) any shares of capital stock or Debt of any Subsidiary owning any such property.

  • Exchange Property has the meaning set forth in Section 11(a).

  • Income Property means, in respect of each Sub-Fund, (a) all interest, dividends and other sums deemed by the Trustee, (after consulting the auditors either on a general or case by case basis), to be in the nature of income (including taxation repayments, if any) received or receivable by the Trustee in respect of the Deposited Property of the relevant Sub-Fund (whether in cash or, without limitation, by warrant, cheque, money, credit or otherwise or the proceeds of sale or transfer of any Income Property received in a form other than cash); (b) all interest and other sums received or receivable by the Trustee in respect of (a), (c) or (d) of this definition; (c) all cash payments received or receivable by the Trustee for the account of the relevant Sub-Fund in respect of an Application; and (d) all Cancellation Compensation received by the Trustee for the account of the relevant Sub-Fund; (e) any payments to be received or are receivable by the Trustee under any contractual agreements in the nature of investments for the benefit of the relevant Sub-Fund but excluding (i) the Deposited Property; (ii) any amount for the time being standing to the credit of the distribution account for the account of the relevant Sub-Fund or previously distributed to Unitholders; (iii) gains for the account of the relevant Sub-Fund arising from the realisation of Securities; and (iv) any sums applied towards payment of the fees, costs and expenses payable by the Trust from the Income Property of the relevant Sub-Fund;

  • Real Property Interests means all interests in Owned Real Property and Leased Real Property, including fee estates, leaseholds and subleaseholds, purchase options, easements, licenses, rights to access, and rights of way, and all buildings and other improvements thereon and appurtenant thereto, owned or held by Sellers that are used in the business or operations of the Stations, together with any additions, substitutions and replacements thereof and thereto between the date of this Agreement and the Closing Date, but excluding the Excluded Real Property Interests.

  • Undeveloped Property means all Assessor’s Parcels of Taxable Property which are not Developed Property.

  • Operating Property means any property owned, leased, or operated by the Party in question or by any of its Subsidiaries or in which such Party or Subsidiary holds a security interest or other interest (including an interest in a fiduciary capacity), and, where required by the context, includes the owner or operator of such property, but only with respect to such property.

  • Surplus property means excess personal property not required by any Federal agency as determined by the Administrator of the General Services Administration (GSA).

  • Additional Property means, in respect of a Series, the rights and benefits provided in respect of the Series, or applicable Class, pursuant to any letter of credit, surety bond, cash collateral account, spread account, guaranteed rate agreement, maturity liquidity facility, tax protection agreement, interest rate and/or currency swap agreement, loan agreement, enhancement agreement or other similar arrangement as contemplated under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement and as provided for in the related Series Purchase Agreement.

  • Qualified Property has the meaning set forth in Section 313.021(2) of the TEXAS TAX CODE and as interpreted by the Comptroller’s Rules and the Texas Attorney General, as these provisions existed on the Application Review Start Date.

  • Hydrocarbon Interests means all rights, titles, interests and estates now or hereafter acquired in and to oil and gas leases, oil, gas and mineral leases, or other liquid or gaseous hydrocarbon leases, mineral fee interests, overriding royalty and royalty interests, net profit interests and production payment interests, including any reserved or residual interests of whatever nature.
