Universal Action definition

Universal Action means the lawsuit filed by Universal styled Universal Property & Casualty Insurance Company a/s/o Max Friedman and Ellen Friedman, et al., vs. Champlain Towers South Condominium Association, Inc., et al., Case No.: 2022-001944-CA-01, pending in the Court.
Universal Action means the lawsuit filed by Universal styled Universal Property & Casualty Insurance Company a/s/o Xxx Xxxxxxxx and Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx, et al., vs. Champlain Towers South Condominium Association, Inc., et al., Case No.: 2022-001944-CA-01, pending in the Court.

Examples of Universal Action in a sentence

  • The Settlement Administrator and the Receiver shall enforce the Receivership Bar Order in connection with any SCM Insurer Subrogation Claim (including the Universal Action) and any Non- Participating WDC Claim.

  • Additionally, the reasonable attorneys’ fees, costs, and other litigation expenses incurred by any Released Party to defend against any SCM Insurer Subrogation Claim (including the Universal Action) or Non-Participating WDC Claim shall be paid from the Temporary Holdback.

  • Nor may this Settlement Agreement or the Settlement provided for herein, or any of the related papers or proceedings, be offered or received in evidence in any action or proceeding of any kind as an admission on the part of any Released Party of any validity of any of the claims asserted in the Litigation, any Related Action, or the Universal Action, or of liability to any Settlement Class Member, the CTSCA, or anyone else, or of any wrongdoing by the Released Parties whatsoever.

  • This Settlement Agreement and the Settlement provided for herein, and all related papers and proceedings, are not, and shall not be construed to be, an admission by any Released Party of any validity of any of the claims asserted in the Litigation, any Related Action, or the Universal Action, or of any liability to any Settlement Class Member, the CTSCA, or anyone else, or of any wrongdoing whatsoever.
