Universal Service Fee definition

Universal Service Fee means the fee stipulated by Sony Network on the basis of the amount calculated pursuant to the Regulations on Calculation of Subsidies and Allocation of Expenses Relating to the Provision of Basic Telecommunications Services (Kisoteki-Denki-Tsushin-Ekimu- Teikyo-ni-Kakaru-Kofukin-oyobi-Futankin-Santei-to-Kisoku) (Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications Ordinance No. 64 of 2002) to be applied to allocation of expenses to ensure the provision of basic telecommunication services stipulated in the Telecommunications Business Act (Law No. 86 of 1984).
