University Approval definition

University Approval means express, prior written approval (which prior written approval may include approval by electronic mail) from an authorized University representative listed on Schedule
University Approval means express, prior written approval (which prior written approval may include approval by electronic mail) from an authorized University representative listed on Schedule 1.09 attached hereto, which shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed.
