University Residence definition

University Residence means the residence complex owned and operated by the University; located at East Residence, 000 Xxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxx X.X., Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx, X0X 0X0 and West Residence, 000 Xxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxx XX., Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx, X0X 0X0. THE RESIDENT AND THE UNIVERSITY COVENANT AND AGREE AS FOLLOWS:
University Residence means any hall of residence or accommodation facility established or provided by the University from time to time.

Examples of University Residence in a sentence

  • Any charges relating to loss or damage of the University Residence will be charged to the Resident's University account.

  • Refunds of Residence Fees are only given where the University is able to re-let the Accommodation for the remainder of the Accommodation Period Transfers and Relocation You are permitted to request a transfer to another room on the site or to another University Residence, subject to availability.

  • In addition, violations in the Residence Halls and Student Family Housing Apartments, will have action taken in accordance with “Conditions of Occupancy” for Student Family Housing, and “Policies of University Residence Halls” for the Residence Halls.

  • The purpose of this document is to establish the terms and conditions of occupancy in University Residence Halls and participation in a University Dining program (see item 18).

  • The Student understands and agrees that this License Agreement is for space in the University Residence Halls and not for a specific room or building.

  • Soliciting, selling, or promoting any goods or services in the University Residence Halls is prohibited.

  • All students who live in University Residence Halls and apartments are required to participate in the meal plan.

  • Cinder blocks or bricks of any composition are prohibited in all University Residence Halls & Apartments.

  • The Student understands, acknowledges, accepts, and assumes all risks to his or her health and safety that may result from residing in a University Residence Hall.

  • Occasional sales or offers of sales of goods or services that otherwise comply with state law and municipal ordinances and that are conducted in the privacy of the University Residence Hall when Student has given specific invitation in advance for sales persons to come to the University Residence Hall for that purpose are not considered to be solicitation.

  • Community mental health center or "CMHC" means a facility offering a comprehensive array of community-based mental health services, including but not limited to, inpatient treatment, outpatient treatment, partial hospitalization, emergency care, consultation and education; and, certain services at the option of the center, including, but not limited to, prescreening, rehabilitation services, pre-care and aftercare, training programs, and research and evaluation.

  • University means the university of Montana-Missoula.

  • University Records means records or record systems that Proposer (1) creates, (2) receives from or on behalf of University, or (3) has access, and which may contain confidential information (including credit card information, social security numbers, and private health information (PHI) subject to Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) of 1996 (Public Law 104-191), or education records subject to the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).   • Primary Residence means an Insured’s fixed, permanent and main home for legal and tax purposes.

  • Residential care means the provision of care on a 24-hour day basis.

  • Residential Zone means a zone earmarked for buildings exclusively designed for human habitation and in no case shall include its use in whole or a part thereof for any other purpose e.g commercial activities, school, institution, shop, office, clinic, beauty parlor, guest house, marriage center, gymnasium, tuition center, club activities, work-shop, store or godown etc. or for the purpose of political, religious and sectarian activities. It includes parks, gardens, play grounds, sector shops and other open spaces located in the area earmarked in the residential zone.

  • Campus means any place where the college conducts or sponsors educational, public service, or research activities.

  • Youth center means any public or private facility that is primarily used to host recreational or social activities for minors, including, but not limited to, private youth membership organizations or clubs, social service teenage club facilities, video arcades, or similar amusement park facilities.

  • Residential care home or “RCH” means a residential care home as defined and licensed under the Residential Care Homes (Elderly Persons) Ordinance (Cap. 459), or as defined and issued with a licence or certificate of exemption under the Residential Care Homes (Persons with Disabilities) Ordinance (Cap. 613), or the boarding section of a special school subvented under the Education Bureau, or the residential facilities of the Skills Centre (Tuen Mun) of Vocational Training Council, or a nursing home as referred to in the Hospitals, Nursing Homes and Maternity Homes Registration Ordinance (Cap. 165) which provides residential services for persons aged 60 or above in Hong Kong.

  • Community location means a public or private elementary or secondary school, a church, a public library, a public playground, or a public park.

  • Community mental health program means all mental health

  • University Community means all students and employees of the University, persons officially associated with the University, former students and alumni at the University, as well as invitees, visitors and guests.

  • Business Centre means each of the places so specified in the relevant Pricing Supplement.

  • School campus means all areas of the property under the jurisdiction of the school that are accessible to students during the school day.

  • Residentia Group means Residentia Group Pty Ltd of 165 Barkly Avenue Burnley VIC, ACN 600 546 656 in respect of Appliances purchased in Australia;

  • Urban area means Maricopa and Pima counties, excluding Tribal Lands.

  • University Member means any individual who is:

  • Cooperating country national (“CCN”) means an individual who is a cooperating country citizen or a non-cooperating country citizen lawfully admitted for permanent residence in the cooperating country.

  • Rape Crisis Center means an office, institution, or center offering assistance to victims of sexual offenses through crisis intervention, medical and legal information, and follow-up counseling.

  • Next Michigan development corporation means that term as defined in section 3 of the next Michigan development act, 2010 PA 275, MCL 125.2953.

  • Condominium Corporation means a condominium or strata corporation established under Provincial Legislation.

  • College or university means a county college, an independent

  • University property means premises owned, controlled or occupied by the University in the UK which are made available for use by the Supplier or its sub-contractors for provision of the Services (or any of them) on the terms set out in this Contract or any separate agreement or licence.

  • Residence employee means a person employed by you to perform duties in connection with the maintenance or use of the insured premises. This includes persons who perform household or domestic services or duties of a similar nature for you. This does not include persons while performing duties in connection with your business.

  • Public research university means Rutgers, The State University

  • Community school means a community school established under Chapter 3314. of the Revised Code.
