The Sponsor will notify the IRT within 72 hours of detection of the occurrence of an event of Force Majeure or Unlawful Act that is likely to result in a default.
The Bank Sponsor and Property Owner shall notify the USFWS within 24 hours of occurrence of a Catastrophic Event, event of Force Majeure, or Unlawful Act, and as promptly as reasonably possible thereafter Bank Sponsor, Property Owner, and the USFWS shall meet to discuss the course of action in response to such occurrence.
