Unlawful definition

Unlawful means not specifically authorized by law.
Unlawful or "Unauthorized Possession" shall mean physical holding or control by a pharmacist, pharmacy technician, or other person, of a controlled substance or other habit forming prescription drug outside the usual and lawful course of employment.
Unlawful means not expressly authorized by statute. An activity not expressly authorized by statute does not cease to be unlawful solely because it is authorized under federal law or the laws of another state or jurisdiction.
